Orders

All orders are made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for yours to be produced.

Pre-orders

All pre-orders will be produced after the end date. Please allow 10-14 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping

Due to COVID, please expect some delays.

$5 LOCAL DELIVERY - USE CODE "LOCAL"

Rates:
Standard to Melbourne - $15 + GST
Express to Melbourne - $25 + GST

Standard to the rest of Australia - $20 + GST
Express to the rest of Australia - $30 + GST

If you are from outside of Australia, please send us an email with your order and we will get back to you to confirm shipping rates. 

Returns
Returns are only valid and we must be notified within 14 days . Return postage and additional costs will not be covered by Save Our Souls Legacy. Items must not be damaged and in its original form upon return or the a refund may not be fulfilled.

1. Please fill out our RETURNS form and include it with the items. You can download it here.

2. Once completed, send an email to saveoursoulslegacy@gmail.com with the details below and we advise the return address.
